During the past eighteen months, Anja has focused her time and efforts on e-Learning projects. This included scoping projects, determining e-Learning solutions, providing pre-sales strategic input and where required instructional design services.
Before this period, Anja spent nine years working as general manager for Adobe, Macromedia, Discreet and Quark accredited computer training colleges.
Lead Flash Developer – Niqui Merret
Niqui is particularly passionate about ensuring accessibility and usability on multiple devices. She is currently examining standards for Flash developers with regard to accessibility and usability, with a view to contributing substantially to the debate. With this in mind she is expanding her network base, especially welcoming disabled people to this discussion. Within the e-learning environment, accessibility is particularly important. Her most recent work also addressed localization.
